The first reason I am most thankful this year is the choice I
made to have a Very Special Christmas. As the name says it, we chose to have a
Special Christmas. For some of us, Christmas is a time for donating money, for
others it’s a time to enjoy food, celebration, and reconnect with friends and
family. For me, Christmas is a time to give a Christmas Special and one thing I
have noticed is that I am very thankful to have everyone in my life. My family
is here with me, my friends live and travel with me, and I am visiting all of
my cousins and bringing all of them together with me. So while it may seem
strange to you I love being thankful. Having a special Christmas was a
no-brainer and just like that, I had a Very Special Christmas.
I had a Very Special Christmas because I got help and encouragement from the love of my life. I believe the happiest couples are those that pray for each other. Whenever you pray you to feel closer to one another, and it is so amazing to see others do the same. Over the past month, we have had a regular moment as a couple where we held hands and prayed for one another. It is something so special, when you’re in love, you can forget about many other things in life and focus your love on your partner, your family, and God. If you find that something is missing in your life (a spouse, God, or just that special someone you admire) write it in your journal. If that advice can lead you to your full potential, then that’s the number one reason that this Very Special Christmas was the best one ever.
If you are having a very special Christmas and you want to make it magical you can take a google bath with a hundred hymns and have a Magical Christmas. When you take a bath with hymns in your head you’re elevating your mood and feeling the peace of heaven. Then go down to your bedroom and sing hymns to yourself, it will help you stay within yourself and your mood. Then show your gratitude for the love of your life by giving him, her, or their choice to you.
So spend some time reflecting on what makes this Christmas special. Write down a few quotes about how thankful you are for the love of your life, that of your family, and the other people in your life. Make sure you want to focus on those things. Don’t just want to write down what you’re thankful for as much as you want to give thanks to those people who are with you. Once you get over that you can feel grateful that you have come this far. When you’re satisfied and remember what makes this Christmas special you can be sure to go ahead and share it with others. But the most important part is to teach yourself a different mentality. You have so much more to learn and grow from this gift of love that God gave you.

But most importantly it would be a journey of connecting with the loving and forgiving spirit of God. A journey that would remind me just how much I love God for loving me and making me everything I am. As I went through these experiences I found so many things to be thankful for. We are all hard on ourselves. Even I have low self-esteem. What God gives to us is the ability to learn and grow, you don’t need to keep being hard on yourself. So as I was writing about this special journey to God I was having merry little Christmas an epiphany, learning more about myself, and finding that connection to Him, which is how I was in the beginning, so the mood I’m in now is blissful. No matter what my mood is you have to allow it.
I also had a Very Special Christmas because I have my fiancé to thank. He made it so I could be the best self I can be and he has the support to help me do that. He makes me feel like he is the only one to love me, which I hope he can share that gift with all of us. When you love someone as much as you love yourself it motivates you to reach your full potential.
